U R Notes
Thank you so much. Speaking in your presence feels like an honor. Let me share with you a very relevant story related to today’s topic.
A teacher came into the classroom holding a large glass jar in one hand and three or four containers in the other. The students were puzzled to see these items. The teacher placed the glass jar on the table, took out large stones from one container, and filled the jar. Then he asked the students, “Is the jar full now?” The students replied, “Yes.” The teacher then took pebbles from another container and added them to the jar. Then, he poured sand from another container and finally water from the last one, asking each time, “Is the jar full now?” The students kept saying, “Yes.”

How can this dust be wiped off?

Let’s talk about this—Volume 9.
The thing you are searching for is also searching for you.
Depression is treatable; it’s essential to understand it.
The mind oscillates like a pendulum between the past and the future. Dwelling excessively on bitter memories of the past leads to depression, and overthinking the future causes anxiety.
It’s a common observation that we’re doing one thing but thinking about something entirely different.
In a reactive state, when daily life doesn’t yield desired results, people turn to medication or drinks to find peace.

In the midst of infinite darkness, a single ray of light—a laser pointer, like the ones kids play with—overcomes all the darkness.
A small pebble placed in Prophet David’s (peace be upon him) slingshot and thrown towards Goliath completely changed the outcome of the battle.
So, the task isn’t difficult, but it can only be accomplished by doing it.
The oppressor and the thief don’t even have legs of their own; just a single step is enough to deal with them. But the problem is, the one taking that step must be a person, a team, or a network.
