استاد نے شاگرد سے کہا: کل ایک دودھ کا پیالا پورا بھر کر لانا کہ کوئی قطرہ اس میں سےگرنے نہ پائے. پھر میں تمہیں اس چیز کا علاج بتاؤں گا. کہ لوگ تجھے طعنے بھی نہیں دیں گے اور تنگ کرنے والی باتیں بھی نہیں کریں گے.
The teacher said to the student: "Tomorrow, bring a bowl of milk filled to the brim, ensuring that not a single drop spill. Then, I will tell you the cure for people taunting you and saying things that trouble you."

There are two big mistakes in life.
One is worrying about what other people think about you.
And the second is believing that other people think about you.
Because no one is really thinking about you.
Everyone is mostly just worried about themselves. They might see you for a second but then they move on thinking about problems in their own life.
And so many people are held back by that because they're scared that whatever action they're taking is going to create this judgment from others. And it's very sad.
Because there is lot of talent out there that is held back by that exact thing.
The worst prison in the world is having the talent and intelligence to achieve something great but lacking the courage to go out and actually do it.
زندگی میں ھم سے دو بڑی غلطیاں ھوتی ہیں؛
ایک یہ کہ آپ اس بات کی فکر میں رھتے ھیں کہ لوگ آپ کے بارے میں کیا سوچتے ہیں۔
اور دوسری یہ کہ آپ یہ یقین کر لیتے ھیں کہ لوگ واقعی آپ کے بارے میں سوچ رہے ہیں۔
سچی بات یہ ہے کہ حقیقت میں کوئی بھی آپ کے بارے میں نہیں سوچ رہا۔
ہر کوئی پورے طور پر اپنی ذات اور اپنی زندگی کے مسائل میں الجھا ہوا ہے۔
ہو سکتا ہے کہ وہ ایک لمحے کے لیے آپ کو دیکھیں، لیکن پھر وہ اپنی زندگی کی پریشانیوں میں واپس چلے جاتے ہیں۔
اور بہت سے لوگ اسی خوف کی وجہ سے خود کو روکے رکھتے ہیں کہ وہ جو قدم بھی اٹھائیں گے، لوگ ان پر کوئی نہ کوئی اعتراض کریں گے۔
یہ بہت افسوسناک بات ہے، کیونکہ دنیا میں لوگوں کی بےپناہ صلاحیتیں صرف اسی خوف کی وجہ سے دبی رہ جاتی ہیں اور استعمال میں نہیں آتیں ۔
یہ دنیا کی بدترین قید ہے، کہ آپ میں کسی عظیم کام کو کرنے کی صلاحیت اور ذہانت موجود ہو، لیکن آپ اتنی ہمت نہ کریں کہ آپ اسے عملی شکل دے سکیں۔

لوگوں کے سینوں میں دبی ھوئی باتیں جاننے کا فن سیکھنا اس لیے بھی ضروری ھے.
ان کی رازداری میں دخل اندازی کے لیے نہیں
بعض باتیں ایسی ھوتی ھیں اگر وہ نہ کی جائیں اور وہ دل میں رہ جائیں تو وہ انسان کو بیمار کر دیتی ھیں. یہ کینسر جیسی بیماروں کا سبب بن سکتی ھیں.
اس کا فائدہ یہ بھی ھے کہ جب آپ اس حقیقت سے واقف ھو جاتے ہیں. پھر آپ اپنی بات کہنے کا فن بھی سیکھ جاتے ھیں.
ھاں البتہ ماھرین سے بات کرنے کا فائدہ زیادہ ھوتا ھے اور یہ مہارت بھی کوئی مشکل کام نہیں. جب آپ کو اس کی اھمیت کا اندازہ ھوجائے تو تھوڑی بہت کوشش کے ساتھ ھر انسان اس فن میں کسی حد تک مہارت حاصل کر سکتا ھے.
Learning the art of understanding the unspoken thoughts hidden in people's hearts is essential—not to invade their privacy, but because some things, if left unsaid and buried within, can make a person ill. Such suppressed emotions can even lead to diseases like cancer.
Another benefit of mastering this skill is that once you become aware of this reality, you also learn the art of expressing yourself effectively. However, consulting experts is often more beneficial. And acquiring this skill is not difficult; once you realize its importance, with a little effort, anyone can develop a certain level of proficiency in it.

قبرستان دنیا کی سب سے قیمتی جگہ ہے کیونکہ یہ بے شمار نامکمل خوابوں اور کھوئے ہوئے امکانات کو اپنے اندر سموئے ہوئے ہے۔
یہ وہ جگہ ہے جہاں ایسی کتابیں دفن ہیں جو کبھی لکھی نہ گئیں، یہاں ایسی کہانیاں دفن ہیں جو کبھی سنائی نہ گئیں، ایسی ایجادات دفن ہیں جو کبھی شیئر نہ کی گئیں، اور ایسے علاج دفن ہیں جو کبھی دریافت نہ کیے گئے۔
یہ سب کچھ صرف اس لیے ضائع ہو گیا کیونکہ لوگوں کی اکثریت پہلا قدم اٹھانے سے یعنی جو کام ان کے کرنے کا تھا اسے شروع کرنے سے ڈرتی رھی.
لوگ مستقل مزاجی کی طاقت اور اھمیت کو نہ سمجھ سکے اور اسے برقرار نہ رکھ سکے، یا اپنے خواب کو تکمیل تک پہنچانے کا حوصلہ برقرار نہ رکھ سکے یا وہ حوصلہ افزائی اور مناسب وقت کی تلاش میں اور انتظار میں رھے. اور اس دنیا سے رخصت ھو گئے. وہ اپنے اردگرد کے ماحول کو اور انسانوں کو سمجھنے میں ناکام رھے. اور نتیجتاً خود کو سمجھنے میں بھی ناکام رھے.
The graveyard is the richest place in the world because it holds countless unfulfilled dreams and lost potential. It is where you’ll find books that were never written, stories that were never told, inventions that were never shared, and cures that were never discovered. All of this was lost simply because someone was too afraid to take the first step, lacked the strength to stay committed, or didn’t have the courage to believe in their dream until the end.

It is narrated in a Hadith e Qudsi that when God loves someone He becomes his ears, his eyes, his tongue, and his hands: When I love him, then I shall be his ears with which he listens, his eyes with which he sees, his tongue with which he speaks, and his hands with which he holds; if he calls Me, I shall answer him, and if he asks Me, I shall give him.
یہ حدیث قدسی میں روایت کیا گیا ہے کہ جب اللہ کسی سے محبت کرتا ہے تو وہ اس کے کان، اس کی آنکھیں، اس کی زبان اور اس کے ہاتھ بن جاتا ہے:
"جب میں اپنے بندے سے محبت کرتا ہوں تو میں اس کے کان بن جاتا ہوں جن سے وہ سنتا ہے، اس کی آنکھیں بن جاتا ہوں جن سے وہ دیکھتا ہے، اس کی زبان بن جاتا ہوں جس سے وہ بولتا ہے، اور اس کے ہاتھ بن جاتا ہوں جن سے وہ پکڑتا ہے۔ اگر وہ مجھے پکارے تو میں اسے جواب دیتا ہوں، اور اگر وہ مجھ سے مانگے تو میں اسے عطا کرتا ہوں۔"
