There is difference between just knowing, reading, then teaching needs more deep knowledge. Acting upon knowledge poses some obstacles and now knowledge and information have different test here.

Appreciation Trap

تعریف کس انسان کو اچھی نہیں لگتی کبھی کبھی انسان تعریف کے جال میں پھنس جاتا ہے. وہ بار بار ایسے لوگوں کے پاس جا کر اپنی تعریف سننے کا عادی بن جاتا ھے. جو ظاھراً تو مخلص ھوتے ھیں لیکن لاعلم اور جاھل ھوتے ھیں. اس طرح سے انسان ایک محدود حلقے کا اسیر بن کے رہ جاتا ھے وہ انہیں دس بیس پچاس سو افراد میں بیٹھ بیٹھ کر ساری زندگی گزار دیتا ھے. اسکی توجہ اپنی پرسنل ڈویلپمنٹ سے ھٹ جاتی ھے. اسے یاد بھی نہیں رھتا کہ وہ پرسنل ڈویلپمنٹ کی وجہ سے ھی اس محدود حلقے کی پسندیدہ شخصیت بنا ھوا ھے. اگر اس میں قابلیت نہ ھوتی اس نے کسی لیول پہ محنت مشقت نہ کی ھوتی تو وہ ان چند بیچارے لوگوں کا حلقہ بنانے میں بھی کامیاب نہ ھو پاتا. اب پرسنل ڈویلپمنٹ سے توجہ ھٹنے کی وجہ سے اس کی نشوونما اس کی گروتھ رک گئی ھے. اب وہ ایک نشئی کی طرح اسی محدود حلقے میں بیٹھا ھر وقت آپ کو ملے گا. جہاں وھی لوگ باری باری اس کو اس کی تعریف کی ڈوز خوراک دیتے ھوئے ملیں گے. ایک تقریر لکھو تعریف کے جال میں پھنسنے کے نقصانات آج میں ایک ایسے پہلو پر بات کرنا چاہتا ہوں جو بظاہر معمولی لگتا ہے لیکن ہماری زندگی اور ترقی پر گہرا اثر ڈال سکتا ہے، ا...
