Let’s spread happiness by helping those around us. A great example of this comes from a teacher who conducted an experiment with her students.

One day, she wrote each student’s name on a balloon, released them all into a hall, and asked the students to find the balloon with their own name. Despite searching for a long time, no one was able to find theirs.

The next day, she repeated the exercise but with a small change. This time, she told each student to pick up any balloon and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within seconds, everyone had their own balloon.

This simple lesson teaches us that happiness is not found when we only focus on ourselves—it is achieved much faster when we help others. By spreading joy and kindness, we create a happier world for everyone.

Once, a farmer told reporters that at the time of seeding, he distributes high-quality seeds among neighboring farmers. When asked why he does this, he replied:

"If my neighboring farmers also grow good crops, the healthy pollen from their fields will reach my crops, ensuring a better harvest and maximum yield for me as well."

This story teaches us that when we help others, we ultimately benefit too. By sharing happiness, supporting one another, and spreading goodness, we can all lead better and more prosperous lives.

آئیے خوشی پھیلائیں اور اپنے آس پاس کے لوگوں کی مدد کریں۔ اس کی ایک بہترین مثال ایک مکئی کے کسان کی کہانی سے لی جا سکتی ہے۔

یہ کہانی ہمیں سکھاتی ہے کہ جب ہم دوسروں کی مدد کرتے ہیں، تو بالآخر اس کا فائدہ ہمیں بھی ہوتا ہے۔ دوسروں میں خوشیاں بانٹنے، تعاون کرنے اور بھلائی پھیلانے سے ہم سب کی زندگی بہتر اور خوشحال ہو سکتی ہے۔
